We're seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to take the lead of our CS department for our existing products and new projects. You will work closely with our Development and Leaderships teams to continuously improve our products. Our ideal candidate is technically savvy, truly cares about customer success, and has experience teaching and troubleshooting software.
- Excellent English communication skills (fluent or native).
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, sales, engineering, or related. SaaS/Software experience is a plus.
- Friendly, engaging, and empathic. Passionate and tech-savvy.
